Was here last week end from Friday till Monday with family and my 3 grandsons. They absolutely loved it aid it was the best holiday they ever had. There was so much to do it was impossible to fit it all in so next time we going for longer. The swimming baths is the best we have been to. The staff are fantastic and very helpful can’t wait to go back.
My hubby and I went for a weekend away, we stayed in delta (Pacific wharf) we got to the room and it smelled fusty, and there was only 2 plug sockets, not a huge issue but it was a little bit of a pain...the food plan was excellent, 10/10 we couldn't fault that or the restaurant staff...we went swimming on the sat and sun...we found a certain staff member in the pool area was rude, but we was leaving later that day so it didn't bother us that much...all in all it was a lovely break away...thank you butlins.
